When will the new HQ be compLeted?

We just topped out the new HQ in Piedmont - the last piece of structural steel is up and the frame is complete. Next: concrete pours across all 300,000 square feet, with a completion targeted for summer 2027.

We just hit a big one: our topping out ceremony at the new HQ in Piedmont.

If you haven't spent time on a construction site, "topping out" might not mean much on paper. On the ground, it's one of the milestones that matters most. It's the moment the final piece of structural steel gets set in place — the point where the frame is officially complete, top to bottom. Every beam, every column, every piece of steel that gives the building its shape is now up. The bones are done.

It's also a bit of a turning point for how the work happens. Up to this point, the crew has been building up. From here, they work their way back down — closing in the building from the top toward the ground, section by section.

So, to the question everyone's been asking: when will it actually be done?

The new HQ is on track to be completed in the summer of 2027.

There's still real work ahead between now and then — this is the start of the interior build-out, not the finish line. But topping out is the marker that tells you the shape of the building is locked in, and everything after this is about turning that shape into a place our team can actually run out of.

More updates as the interior walls go up and the concrete is poured.

That's where the next phase starts: the inside.

This is where a steel skeleton starts turning into an actual working building. Walls go up. Electrical and wiring get run. Plumbing gets roughed in. HVAC systems get installed. Then come the finishes — None of that shows up in a photo of a steel frame, but it's most of what actually makes a headquarters function.

The next step, specifically, is pouring the concrete floors — and it doesn't happen all at once. Crews will pour it in 50ft. increments, section by section, until the entire interior floor is down. It's a slow, methodical process, but it's what it takes to get a floor that size done right.

And it is a big space. The new HQ comes in at 300,000 square feet — enough room to actually grow into, not just get by in.
