When should you expect the newsletter each month?
Valid question. You should expect the newsletter to land around the middle of each month, with our current goal being right around the 15th, give or take a few days. We’re building this in real time while also learning better systems for collecting information, organizing updates, and preparing content ahead of schedule so it’s ready to post when the time comes. As those systems continue to improve, the process will become smoother, more consistent, and easier to maintain month after month.
This newsletter is not a one way broadcast. It’s a team effort, and it works best when people help shape it. Story ideas, short updates, photos, notes from the field, project milestones, and quick wins all matter. If you see something worth sharing, send it. Our role is to gather, organize, and tell the story. The more we work together, the stronger this becomes and the easier it is to deliver on time while staying focused on serving the people we exist to support.
