Where is all of our emergency response equipment located?

As our Emergency Response Team continues to grow and expand its capabilities, one of the most common questions we receive is: “Where is all the ERT equipment stored?” With teams deploying across multiple states and a wide variety of equipment staged year-round, keeping everyone informed is one of the keys to staying ready.

Current Storage Locations

• ERT Warehouse - Fountain Inn, SC

This is our main staging area for deployable gear and large-scale response assets. Tents, cots, tools, lighting, communications gear, hydration systems, and mission-critical consumables are all maintained, inspected, and prepped here. Fountain Inn also houses pickup trucks, tractor trailers, the Fyrebox units, command trailer, supply cache trailers, and the bulk of our power generation equipment. As the heartbeat of ERT readiness, this location supports continuous rotation, inspection, and rapid deployment of high-demand response resources.

• Collision & Repair - Piedmont, SC

The Collision & Repair facility primarily supports bunk trailers, shower trailers, and select generators, along with other trailer-based equipment and specialty components that benefit from on-site fabrication and repair support. This location ensures these large living and support systems are maintained, serviced, and staged for efficient transport when larger-scale deployments require expanded crew support.

Coming Soon…

As part of our ongoing effort to streamline deployment and distribute resources more strategically across our footprint, a strategic number of ERT equipment will be relocated to our Nashville shop beginning in Q1.

This move will allow us to:

  • Position power assets more centrally within our multi-state coverage area

  • Improve deployment times for storms and long-range missions

  • Free up space in South Carolina for additional equipment growth

  • Align with our expanding Tennessee operations

The Nashville location will maintain, test, and store equipment, ensuring they remain ready for deployment at a moment’s notice.

Why This Matters

Clear visibility into where gear is stored helps every team member know what’s available, where it’s located, and how quickly it can be mobilized. As we continue to scale, these adjustments ensure the ERT remains efficient, agile, and ready for whatever comes next.

If you have questions about equipment locations, deployment prep, or the generator move, reach out to the ERT coordinators anytime.
