What core values does our service team exemplify?

When something breaks, our techs grab tools - not excuses. Built on handshakes and showing up, our service department defines what it means to serve the people who serve others.

Our service technicians build things. Fix things. Make things work when lives depend on them working.

Ambulance remounts. Apparatus upfits. Fleet maintenance. Emergency repairs. Custom fabrication. If it rolls, responds, or protects - there's a good chance one of our techs had their hands on it.

They show up before the sun does. They stay until the job is right, not just done. They carry the weight of every deadline, every department, every crew that's counting on equipment they can trust. They are the liaisons between Safe Industries and fire departments across the areas that we serve.

That's not a job description. That's a standard.

We define finest service.

PS. The first five people to email Chance Craven with the name of the restaurant that Cory Strength met Al at before being hired will be this month’s winners (put the restaurant in the subject line). Learning about our people, our services, and our communities is why we started this newsletter!
