When is the right time to communicate?
Every morning at 0830, we jump on a Teams call. Every location. Every division.
Everyone is invited.
Sometimes it’s a short update about weather. Sometimes it’s a customer win. Other times it’s someone asking for help. But no matter what’s shared, one thing stays the same...
It keeps us connected.
The morning call has become part of our rhythm, but it’s not the only time to communicate.
Why?
Communication doesn’t live on a schedule.
It’s not limited to the morning call, an email, or a meeting. It should be happening all day — when you see something, hear something, or feel like something needs to be said.
If you see severe weather heading our way, speak up.
If you hear about a customer struggling, share it.
If you have a question, raise your hand.
If you notice something worth celebrating, share it.
That’s how we stay ready.
That’s how we take care of each other!
Communication isn’t just about emergencies or announcements. It’s about clarity, and clarity helps all of us serve better.
You don’t need permission to speak up.
You don’t need a title to share an idea.
At Safe Industries, we lead with service. And serving others starts with knowing what’s happening in your shop, your division, your community, and across the team.
So when’s the right time to communicate?
